Our Mission

Melissa de Castro Consulting is dedicated to providing expert consulting and facilitation services to early childhood educators. With a focus on environment setup, programming ideas, pedagogy support, and play-based learning approaches, the aim is to enhance the educational experience for children. Drawing from her expertise in Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, Play-based and Forest/Farm pedagogy, she offers hands-on learning activities, team-building opportunities, and support for behavioral and environmental needs.
